What is in each delivery:

Each variety has a different weight and size so what we do is grow 4-6 different varieties at a time, harvest, then mix them together to create a perfectly blended diverse microgreen mix that will compliment any dish along with add the much needed nutrients that these microgreens hold. Every week we switch out a few varieties to keep it interesting.
